Oatley Coffee is a coffee shop. Good coffee, good people, a place to land between the chaos.

Your first version will look rough. Ship it anyway. Polishing something nobody uses is just procrastination with better lighting.

Do the hard thing first. Once it is done, the rest of the day feels lighter. Leave the easy wins for when your brain is fried.

Nobody is coming to hand you permission. Back yourself, show the work, and keep moving. You will surprise yourself.
